Price’s are generally full inclusive include receiving, sorting, marking, packing, storage (for one month), handling, loading, documentation, UK haulage, International freight, International terminal handling and final delivery to your premises (with no hidden extras).

France Consolidation and Freight
Specialist weekly service including full consolidation at Paris terminal, shipments are sent via the UK to be added to your consolidation. Price offered includes all costs from arrival Paris terminal to arrival UK terminal.

Germany Consolidation and Freight
Specialist weekly service including full consolidation at Heek terminal, Shipments are sent via the UK to be added to your consolidation. Price offered includes all costs from arrival Heek terminal to arrival UK terminal. Please note it is not the Publishing Industry norm for German publishers to deliver to a nominated terminal and therefore we have attached a easy read collection tariff for you to estimate the total cost of moving books from Germany.

US Consolidation and Freight
We offer a two tier system from the US and leave the decision to you to decide how you would like your books to move. The ‘Air link’ gives you a faster transit between our US partner and our terminal in the UK, the service operates twice per week. The ‘Sea link’ is a little slower between our US consolidation point and our terminal in the UK, but still boasts a 10 days transit (depot-depot). To choose the level of service you require is easy and simply requires you to state the slight address change to your publisher when placing your order.

Returns back to UK Publishers
This service allows you to return your unwanted books, the service receives constantly throughout a month (at our Wickford depot) with deliveries effected back to the UK Publishers once per month. We can if requested provide you with a detailed Proof of Delivery ensuring that you receive your credits from the Publisher concerned. Please note that the service is from arrival our terminal only, we can of-course if required help you move the books from your Country to the UK.

Bespoke freight and special projects.
We have the necessary skills within our organisation to undertake all manner of shipping requirements including project and special logistics.

Book Distribution.
We offer publisher book distribution facilities, including storage, receiving and handling, stock control, packaging, order fulfilment and the potential for bookshop representation.

Due to our knowledge of the book business we are in a good position to help publishers with all their requirements, including handling, picking, and promotion to bookseller outlets through independent representation.

Due to our shipping and forwarding contacts we offer very competitive prices for physical distribution of cartons and pallets, both in the UK, and in the import / export field.

We are experienced in all forms of payments, including Letters of Credit and Bills of Exchange, together with the various forms of related international documentation. We are happy to advise on these processes for you, or handle them on your behalf. We exhibit at a number of International Book Fairs, as well as delivering book fair traffic. Our presence gives you the opportunity to co-operate with us in increasing your exposure to new markets.

Storage & Warehousing
For customers that need attention to detail and not just a place to store products.

We can arrange long term storage and warehousing, giving our customers the opportunity to use our facility as if it were their own. We offer receiving and checking, stock control, order fulfilment and picking, together with transport and despatch arrangements.
