Our Track & Trace System
Our tracking system enables us to provide improved services to you 'the customer'. The online track and trace facility gives you access to real-time delivery information and is able to update you with exactly the correct status of your delivery. You can view parcels/consignments that are awaiting to be shipped, access items which are currently in transit and see historical details of deliveries & shipments which have already been sent. Further functions including; updating your account details, phone numbers and email addresses and check on ETA's of shipments sent.

You can see on-screen details of deliveries from multiple publishers, giving invoice numbers of orders you have placed. To be able to see parcels that have already arrived in our warehouse in Essex, before they have been sent. This enables you to contact the publishers if no receipt can be seen, when previously you may have not realised that there was a problem with a delivery. Information such as values and quantities can also be found on the system. For smaller deliveries you can hold your shipment until you have the amount of items to make it cost effective to ship, saving you money.
